Legal or compliance recommendations, screening, automated housing decisions, tax or finance advice, and valuation services are disabled for this beta. Future decision-support features require separate legal, product, provider, security, and release review.

AI document processing and AI legal or compliance recommendations are disabled for the maintenance beta. No future capability is authorized by this draft.
ACCEPTABLE USE
A final acceptable-use policy has not been approved. Beta users must follow their invitation and pilot instructions and must not upload prohibited tenant, financial, tax, screening, identity, credential, access-code, medical, disability, or general business documents.
AVAILABILITY, WARRANTIES, AND LIABILITY
Warranty, liability, indemnity, intellectual-property, dispute-resolution, governing-law, and beta-feedback terms are unresolved and require counsel-approved text before activation.
TERMINATION
A complete data-rights and termination workflow is not ready. It requires identity re-verification, request and appeal tracking, legal-hold and contractual-retention handling, protected export delivery, backup aging, and durable non-PII disposition evidence.
