This document is not effective and is not offered for acceptance. Counsel must finalize the contracting entity, authorized participants, pilot scope, confidentiality, feedback and intellectual-property terms, service limits, warranties, liability allocation, indemnity, termination, data return and deletion, dispute terms, and governing law.
PROPOSED PILOT BOUNDARY
Named Colorado users may evaluate only the approved property-maintenance workflow after every release gate passes. Tenant, applicant, screening, lease, payment, finance, tax, identity, access-code, legal or compliance, general AI, broad import, and marketing-communication data remain prohibited.
CAPACITY AND AUTHORITY
An organization Owner may accept on behalf of the named organization only after representing authority to bind it. Other staff accept only for themselves and may proceed only after an Owner accepted the same exact organization artifacts. DoorSpan records the exact artifact digest, version, actor identity snapshot, organization identity snapshot, capacity, authority-statement version, source, and time.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Each participant must follow the named pilot instructions, upload only information they are authorized to process, avoid prohibited sensitive content, and promptly report mistaken uploads or security concerns. Photos must not depict identity documents, financial or tax information, credentials or access codes, medical or disability information, children or tenants, computer screens, or documents.
