Subprocessors

These are the third-party services that may process customer data to make DoorSpan work. Each operates under contract and only for the stated purpose. Crucially, none of them train AI models on your data by default under their commercial terms. Anthropic's standard API retention is up to 30 days; Zero Data Retention applies only when separately approved and agreed.

We update this list as our providers change. A keys-gated integration (e.g. call transcription) only receives data once you enable it.
